Limitless League: A One-of-a-Kind Program for Neurodiverse and Neurotypical Youth in York Region

Introducing Limitless League

At York Region CBT, we believe every young person deserves a space where they can learn, move, and connect at their own pace — surrounded by peers who understand and support them. That’s why we’re proud to introduce Limitless League, a truly one-of-a-kind program designed for individuals who may not learn to their best ability when participating in an integrated program independently.

Many of our participants have a Level 1 or Level 2 autism diagnosis and/or ADHD. Limitless League was built with them in mind — but it’s just as much about connection as it is about accommodation.

What Makes Limitless League Different

Limitless League integrates neurodiverse and neurotypical peers in an active, opportunity-rich environment. The result is programming that’s inclusive, supportive, and genuinely unlike anything else in the region.

A Space Built for Movement

The program runs in our 13,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, with soaring 20-foot ceilings that create an incredible amount of open space for movement, integration, and play. It’s a setting designed to give every participant room to explore, engage, and be themselves.

Led by Experts, Not Just Designed by Them

What truly sets Limitless League apart is who runs it. This program isn’t just written by professionals — it’s directly led by:

  • A Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), Ontario
  • A certified physical trainer
  • A Registered Social Worker (RSW)

This means every session is guided by real clinical and developmental expertise, ensuring the environment is both fun and genuinely supportive.

Who Can Join?

Limitless League offers programming across three age groups:

  • Future Leaders — Ages 9–12
  • Leaders In Training — Ages 13–16
  • Senior Leaders In Training — Ages 16–18

Whether your child is just starting to build social and physical confidence or is a teen preparing for greater independence, there’s a group designed for their stage of development.

Why Inclusion Matters

Programs that separate neurodiverse and neurotypical participants often miss an important opportunity: the chance for kids and teens to learn with and from one another, not apart. Limitless League was created to close that gap — giving neurodiverse participants a setting where they can thrive, while giving all participants the chance to build genuine friendships across differences.

This kind of integrated, expert-led environment isn’t just good for participants — it reflects the kind of inclusive community we want to build across York Region.

How to Register
