About Us

York Region CBT is a private psychology practice located in Vaughan, Ontario providing in-person and virtual assessment and psychotherapy. Our highly trained team of clinicians employ evidence-based psychological treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ExRP, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness. These scientifically supported approaches are considered the gold-standard for achieving and maintaining mental health and well-being.

Child & Family Program

Child and Family Program at York Region CBT. We offer both assessments and treatment services through our program for families of all ages and situations.

Psychotherapy Program

We offer psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults for a wide range of difficulties.  We have immediate openings with our team.

Autism and Behavioural Services Program

Offers one-to-one therapy and coaching for children and parents who are dealing with behavioral challenges.

York Region CBT is conveniently located to serve the Greater Toronto Area. Our office has free onsite parking and is a short drive from Hwys 400 and 407 while also close to the Vaughan subway and Rutherford GO stations. As a result, we have clients from Vaughan, Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, North York, and Etobicoke. For further convenience and accessibility, we offer consultation and treatment via our secure video conferencing platform.
